What then shall we say to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?

ഇതിനെക്കുറിച്ചു നാം എന്താണു പറയേണ്ടത്‌? ദൈവം നമ്മുടെ പക്‌ഷത്തെങ്കില്‍ ആരു നമുക്ക്‌ എതിരുനില്‍ക്കും?

അങ്ങേക്കെല്ലാം സാധിക്കുമെന്നും അങ്ങയുടെയാതൊരു ഉദ്‌ദേശ്യവുംതടയാനാവുകയില്ലെന്നുംഞാനറിയുന്നു.

അവന്‍ വീണ്ടും പറഞ്ഞു: അവര്‍ ആയുധത്തിലും സാഹസകൃത്യങ്ങളിലും ആശ്രയിക്കുന്നു. നമുക്കെതിരേ വരുന്ന ശത്രുക്കളെയും ലോകം മുഴുവനെത്തന്നെയും അംഗുലീചലനംകൊണ്ടു തറപറ്റിക്കാന്‍ കഴിയുന്ന സര്‍വശക്‌തനായ ദൈവത്തിലാണു നമ്മുടെ പ്രത്യാശ.

കഷ്‌ടതകളിലൂടെ കടന്നുപോകുന്നെങ്കിലും, എന്‍െറ ജീവനെ അവിടുന്നു പരിപാലിക്കുന്നു; എന്‍െറ ശത്രുക്കളുടെ ക്രോധത്തിനെ തിരേ അവിടുന്നു കരം നീട്ടും; അവിടുത്തെ വലത്തുകൈ എന്നെ രക്‌ഷിക്കും.
