The name of the Lord

And it shall be that everyone shall be saved who calls on the name of the Lord.’

The Lord answer you in time of distress; the name of the God of Jacob defend you! Psalms 20:1 
നിന്‍െറ കഷ്‌ടകാലത്തു കര്‍ത്താവുനിന്‍െറ പ്രാര്‍ഥന കേള്‍ക്കുമാറാകട്ടെ! യാക്കോബിന്‍െറ ദൈവത്തിന്‍െറ നാമം നിന്നെ സംരക്‌ഷിക്കട്ടെ.

Though all the peoples walk, each in the name of its god, We will walk in the name of the Lord , our God, forever and ever. Micah 4:5 
എല്ലാ ജനതകളും തങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവത്തിന്‍െറ നാമത്തില്‍ ചരിക്കുന്നു. നാം നമ്മുടെ ദൈവമായ കര്‍ത്താവിന്‍െറ നാമത്തില്‍ എന്നെന്നും വ്യാപരിക്കും.

For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

കര്‍ത്താവിന്‍െറ നാമത്തില്‍ വരുന്നവന്‍ അനുഗൃഹീതന്‍; ഞങ്ങള്‍ കര്‍ത്താവിന്‍െറ ആലയത്തില്‍ നിന്നു നിങ്ങളെ ആശീര്‍വദിക്കും.

Our help is in the name of the Lord , the maker of heaven and earth. 

Psalms 124:8

ആകാശവും ഭൂമിയും സൃഷ്‌ടി  ച്ചകര്‍ത്താവിന്‍െറ നാമത്തിലാണു നമ്മുടെ ആശ്രയം.

For then I will make pure the speech of the peoples, That they all may call upon the name of the Lord , to serve him with one accord; 

Zephaniah 3:9 
കര്‍ത്താവിന്‍െറ നാമം ജനതകള്‍ വിളിച്ചപേക്‌ഷിക്കാനും, ഏക മനസ്‌സോടെ അവിടുത്തേക്ക്‌ ശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്യാനും വേണ്ടി അന്ന്‌ ഞാന്‍ അവരുടെ അധരങ്ങളെ ശുദ്‌ധീകരിക്കും.

All the peoples of the earth will see that the name of the Lord is proclaimed over you, and they will be afraid of you.

Deuteronomy 28:10

കര്‍ത്താവിന്‍െറ നാമം നീ വഹിക്കുന്നതു കാണുമ്പോള്‍ ലോകത്തിലുള്ള സകല മനുഷ്യരും നിന്നെ ഭയപ്പെടും.

For I will proclaim the name of the Lord , praise the greatness of our God!

Deuteronomy 32:3 

കര്‍ത്താവിന്‍െറ നാമം ഞാന്‍ പ്രഘോഷിക്കും; നമ്മുടെ ദൈവത്തിന്‍െറ മഹത്വം പ്രകീര്‍ത്തിക്കുവിന്‍.

I will raise the cup of salvation and call on the name of the Lord .

ഞാന്‍ രക്‌ഷയുടെ പാനപാത്രമുയര്‍ത്തികര്‍ത്താവിന്‍െറ നാമം വിളിച്ചപേക്‌ഷിക്കും.

ഞാന്‍ കര്‍ത്താവിന്‍െറ നാമം വിളിച്ചപേക്‌ഷിച്ചു;കര്‍ത്താവേ, ഞാന്‍ യാചിക്കുന്നു; എന്‍െറ ജീവന്‍ രക്‌ഷിക്കണമേ!

I will offer a sacrifice of praise and call on the name of the Lord .

Psalms 116:17 

ഞാന്‍ അങ്ങേക്കു കൃതജ്‌ഞതാബലിഅര്‍പ്പിക്കും; ഞാന്‍ കര്‍ത്താവിന്‍െറ നാമം വിളിച്ചപേക്‌ഷിക്കും.

Isaiah 43:3 

ഞാന്‍ നിന്‍െറ ദൈവമായ കര്‍ത്താവും രക്‌ഷകനും ഇസ്രായേലിന്‍െറ പരിശുദ്‌ധനുമാണ്‌. നിന്‍െറ മോചനദ്രവ്യമായി ഈജിപ്‌തും നിനക്കു പകരമായി എത്യോപ്യായും സേബായും ഞാന്‍ കൊടുത്തു.

ഏശയ്യാ 43 : 3

Take as an example of hardship and patience, brothers, the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord. James 5:10 
സഹോദരരേ, കര്‍ത്താവിന്‍െറ നാമത്തില്‍ സംസാരിച്ച പ്രവാചകന്‍മാരെ സഹനത്തിന്‍െറയും ക്‌ഷമയുടെയും മാതൃകയായി നിങ്ങള്‍ സ്വീകരിക്കുവിന്‍. യാക്കോബ്‌ 5 : 10

David went up at the word of Gad, which he spoke in the name of the Lord.

കര്‍ത്താവിന്‍െറ നാമത്തില്‍ ഗാദ്‌ പറഞ്ഞവാക്കനുസരിച്ച്‌ ദാവീദ്‌ പുറപ്പെട്ടു.

David then built an altar there to the Lord , and sacrificed burnt offerings and communion offerings. He called upon the Lord , who answered him by sending down fire from heaven upon the altar for burnt offerings. 1 Chronicles 21:26
ദാവീദ്‌ അവിടെ കര്‍ത്താവിനു ബലിപീഠം പണിതു. ദഹനബലികളും സമാധാനബലികളും അര്‍പ്പിച്ച്‌ കര്‍ത്താവിനെ വിളിച്ചപേക്‌ഷിച്ചു. ആകാശത്തില്‍നിന്നു ദഹനബലിപീഠത്തിലേക്ക്‌ അഗ്‌നി അയച്ച്‌ കര്‍ത്താവ്‌ അവന്‌ ഉത്തരമരുളി. 1 ദിനവൃത്താന്തം 21 : 26

When David my father wished to build a house for the name of the Lord , the God of Israel, 

1 Kings 8:17 
ഇസ്രായേലിന്‍െറ ദൈവമായ കര്‍ത്താവിന്‌ ആലയം പണിയാന്‍ എന്‍െറ പിതാവായ ദാവീദ്‌ അത്യധികം ആഗ്രഹിച്ചു. 

1 രാജാക്കന്‍മാര്‍ 8 : 17

Nevertheless, God’s solid foundation stands, bearing this inscription, “The Lord knows those who are his”; and, “Let everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord avoid evil.” 

2 Timothy 2:19
എന്നാല്‍, ദൈവം ഉറപ്പി  ച്ചഅടിത്തറ ഇളകാതെ നില്‌ക്കുന്നു. അതില്‍ ഇങ്ങനെ മുദ്രിതമായിരിക്കുന്നു: കര്‍ത്താവു തനിക്കു സ്വന്തമായിട്ടുള്ളവരെ അറിയുന്നു. കര്‍ത്താവിന്റെ നാമം വിളിക്കുന്നവരെല്ലാം പാപത്തില്‍നിന്ന്‌ ഒഴിഞ്ഞുനില്‍ക്കട്ടെ.

Some rely on chariots, others on horses, but we on the name of the Lord our God. Psalms 20:8
ചിലര്‍ രഥങ്ങളിലും മറ്റുചിലര്‍കുതിരകളിലും അഹങ്കരിക്കുന്നു; ഞങ്ങളാകട്ടെ, ഞങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായകര്‍ത്താവിന്‍െറ നാമത്തില്‍ അഭിമാനം കൊള്ളുന്നു. സങ്കീര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ 20 : 7

He who consecrates and those who are being consecrated all have one origin. Therefore, he is not ashamed to call them “brothers,” saying: “I will proclaim your name to my brothers, in the midst of the assembly I will praise you”;

Hebrews 2:11‭-‬12 

വിശുദ്‌ധീകരിക്കുന്നവനും വിശുദ്‌ധീകരിക്കപ്പെടുന്നവരും ഉദ്‌ഭവിക്കുന്നത്‌ ഒരുവനില്‍ നിന്നുതന്നെ. അതിനാല്‍ അവരെ സഹോദരര്‍ എന്നു വിളിക്കാന്‍ അവന്‍ ലജ്‌ജിച്ചില്ല.
അവന്‍ പറയുന്നു: അങ്ങേനാമം എന്‍െറ സഹോദരരെ ഞാന്‍ അറിയിക്കും. സഭാമധ്യേ അങ്ങേക്കു ഞാന്‍ സ്‌തുതിഗീതം ആലപിക്കും.
ഹെബ്രായര്‍ 2 : 11-12

I made known to them your name and I will make it known, that the love with which you loved me may be in them and I in them.”

John 17:26

അങ്ങയുടെ നാമം അവരെ ഞാന്‍ അറിയിച്ചു. അവിടുന്ന്‌ എനിക്കു നല്‍കിയ സ്‌നേഹം അവരില്‍ ഉണ്ടാകേണ്ടതിനും ഞാന്‍ അവരില്‍ ആയിരിക്കേണ്ടതിനുമായി ഞാന്‍ ഇനിയും അത്‌ അറിയിക്കും.

യോഹന്നാന്‍ 17 : 26

They had all seen him and were terrified. But at once he spoke with them, “Take courage, it is I, do not be afraid!”

Mark 6:50 

അവരെല്ലാവരും അവനെ കണ്ടു പരിഭ്രമിച്ചുപോയി. ഉടനെ അവന്‍ അവരോടു സംസാരിച്ചു: ധൈര്യമായിരിക്കു വിന്‍, ഞാനാണ്‌; ഭയപ്പെടേണ്ടാ.

Jesus answered, “I told you that I AM. So if you are looking for me, let these men go.”

John 18:8 

യേശു പ്രതിവചിച്ചു: ഞാനാണ്‌ എന്നു നിങ്ങളോടു പറഞ്ഞുവല്ലോ. നിങ്ങള്‍ എന്നെയാണ്‌ അന്വേഷിക്കുന്നതെങ്കില്‍ ഇവര്‍ പൊയ്‌ക്കൊള്ളട്ടെ.

യോഹന്നാന്‍ 18 : 8

They answered him, “Jesus the Nazorean.” He said to them, “I AM.” Judas his betrayer was also with them. When he said to them, “I AM,” they turned away and fell to the ground.

John 18:5‭-‬6

അവര്‍ പറഞ്ഞു: നസറായനായ യേശുവിനെ. യേശു പറഞ്ഞു: അതു ഞാനാണ്‌. അവനെ ഒറ്റിക്കൊടുത്ത യൂദാസും അവരോടുകൂടെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
ഞാനാണ്‌ എന്ന്‌ അവന്‍ പറഞ്ഞപ്പോള്‍ അവര്‍ പിന്‍വലിയുകയും നിലംപതിക്കുകയും ചെയ്‌തു.
യോഹന്നാന്‍ 18 : 5-6

From now on I am telling you before it happens, so that when it happens you may believe that I AM.

John 13:19

അതു സംഭവിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ ഞാന്‍ തന്നെ എന്നു നിങ്ങള്‍ വിശ്വസിക്കേണ്ടതിനാണു സംഭവിക്കുന്നതിനുമുമ്പുതന്നെ ഞാന്‍ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നത്‌.

Jesus said to them, “Amen, amen, I say to you, before Abraham came to be, I AM.”

യേശു പറഞ്ഞു: സത്യം സത്യമായി ഞാന്‍ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു. അബ്രാഹം ഉണ്ടാകുന്നതിനുമുമ്പ്‌ ഞാന്‍ ഉണ്ട്‌.

യോഹന്നാന്‍ 8 : 58

But he said to them, “It is I. Do not be afraid.”

അവന്‍ അവരോടു പറഞ്ഞു: ഞാനാണ്‌; ഭയപ്പെടേണ്ടാ.

Jesus said to her, “I am he, the one who is speaking with you.”

So Jesus said [to them], “When you lift up the Son of Man, then you will realize that I AM, and that I do nothing on my own, but I say only what the Father taught me.

അതുകൊണ്ട്‌ യേശു പറഞ്ഞു: നിങ്ങള്‍ മനുഷ്യപുത്രനെ ഉയര്‍ത്തിക്കഴിയുമ്പോള്‍, ഞാന്‍ ഞാന്‍ തന്നെയെന്നും ഞാന്‍ സ്വമേധയാ ഒന്നും പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്നില്ല, പ്രത്യുത, എന്‍െറ പിതാവ്‌ എന്നെ പഠിപ്പിച്ചതുപോലെ ഇക്കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ ഞാന്‍ സംസാരിക്കുന്നുവെന്നും നിങ്ങള്‍ മനസ്‌സിലാക്കും. എന്നെ അയച്ചവന്‍ എന്നോടുകൂടെയുണ്ട്‌.

യോഹന്നാന്‍ 8 : 28

That is why I told you that you will die in your sins. For if you do not believe that I AM, you will die in your sins.”

John 8:24

നിങ്ങള്‍ നിങ്ങളുടെ പാപങ്ങളില്‍ മരിക്കും എന്നു ഞാന്‍ നിങ്ങളോടു പറഞ്ഞു. എന്തെന്നാല്‍, ഞാന്‍ ഞാന്‍ തന്നെ എന്നു വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നില്ലെങ്കില്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ നിങ്ങളുടെ പാപങ്ങളില്‍ മരിക്കും.

യോഹന്നാന്‍ 8 : 24

“I revealed your name to those whom you gave me out of the world. They belonged to you, and you gave them to me, and they have kept your word.

John 17:6

ലോകത്തില്‍നിന്ന്‌ അവിടുന്ന്‌ എനിക്കു നല്‍കിയവര്‍ക്ക്‌ അവിടുത്തെനാമം ഞാന്‍ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തി. അവര്‍ അങ്ങയുടേതായിരുന്നു; അങ്ങ്‌ അവരെ എനിക്കു നല്‍കി. അവര്‍ അങ്ങയുടെ വചനം പാലിക്കുകയും ചെയ്‌തു.

യോഹന്നാന്‍ 17 : 6

Therefore my people shall know my name on that day, that it is I who speaks: Here I am!

Isaiah 52:6 

എന്‍െറ ജനം എന്‍െറ നാമം അറിയും. ഞാന്‍ തന്നെയാണു സംസാരിക്കുന്നതെന്ന്‌ ആദിവസം അവര്‍ അറിയും. ഇതാ, ഞാന്‍ ഇവിടെയുണ്ട്‌.

ഏശയ്യാ 52 : 6

Then the Lord ’s name will be declared on Zion, his praise in Jerusalem, When peoples and kingdoms gather to serve the Lord .

Psalms 102:21‭-‬22

ജനതകളും രാജ്യങ്ങളും ഒരുമിച്ചുവന്നു
കര്‍ത്താവിനെ ആരാധിക്കുമ്പോള്‍, സീയോനില്‍ കര്‍ത്താവിന്‍െറ നാമവും ജറുസലെമില്‍ അവിടുത്തെ സ്‌തുതിയുംപ്രഘോഷിക്കപ്പെടാന്‍വേണ്ടിത്തന്നെ.
സങ്കീര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ 102 : 21-22

Then God spoke to Moses, and said to him: I am the Lord . As God the Almighty I appeared to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, but by my name, Lord , I did not make myself known to them.

Exodus 6:2‭-‬3

അവിടുന്നു തുടര്‍ന്നു: ഞാന്‍ കര്‍ത്താവാണ്‌.
അബ്രാഹത്തിനും ഇസഹാക്കിനും യാക്കോബിനും സര്‍വശക്‌തനായ ദൈവമായി ഞാന്‍ പ്രത്യക്‌ഷപ്പെട്ടു; എന്നാല്‍ കര്‍ത്താവ്‌ എന്ന നാമത്താല്‍ ഞാന്‍ എന്നെ അവര്‍ക്കു വെളിപ്പെടുത്തിയില്ല.
പുറപ്പാട്‌ 6 : 2-3

Magnify the Lord with me; and let us exalt his name together. Psalms 34:4 
എന്നോടൊത്തു കര്‍ത്താവിനെ മഹത്വപ്പെടുത്തുവിന്‍; നമുക്കൊരുമിച്ച്‌ അവിടുത്തെനാമത്തെ സ്‌തുതിക്കാം. സങ്കീര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ 34 : 3

When David had finished sacrificing the burnt offerings and communion offerings, he blessed the people in the name of the Lord , 1 Chronicles 16:2
അതിനുശേഷം ദാവീദ്‌ കര്‍ത്താവിന്‍െറ നാമത്തില്‍ ജനത്തെ ആശീര്‍വദിച്ചു.
1 ദിനവൃത്താന്തം 16 : 2

You shall call upon the name of your gods, and I will call upon the name of the Lord . The God who answers with fire is God.” All the people answered, “We agree!”

1 Kings 18:24 
നിങ്ങള്‍ നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവത്തിന്‍െറ നാമം വിളിച്ചപേക്‌ഷിക്കുവിന്‍. ഞാന്‍ കര്‍ത്താവിന്‍െറ നാമം വിളിച്ചപേക്‌ഷിക്കാം. അഗ്‌നി അയച്ചു പ്രാര്‍ഥന കേള്‍ക്കുന്ന ദൈവമായിരിക്കും യഥാര്‍ഥ ദൈവം. വളരെ നല്ല അഭിപ്രായം, ജനം ഒന്നാകെ പ്രതിവചിച്ചു. 

1 രാജാക്കന്‍മാര്‍ 18 : 24

The circuit of the city shall be eighteen thousand cubits. From now on the name of the city is “The Lord is there.” 

Ezekiel 48:35
നഗരത്തിന്‍െറ ചുറ്റളവ്‌ പതി നെണ്ണായിരം മുഴമായിരിക്കണം. ഇനിമേല്‍ നഗരത്തിന്‍െറ പേര്‌ യാഹ്‌വെഷാമാ എന്നായിരിക്കും. 

എസെക്കിയേല്‍ 48 : 35

You shall not invoke the name of the Lord , your God, in vain.  For the Lord will not leave unpunished anyone who invokes his name in vain. Exodus 20:7
നിന്‍െറ ദൈവമായ കര്‍ത്താവിന്‍െറ നാമം വൃഥാ ഉപയോഗിക്കരുത്‌. തന്‍െറ നാമം വൃഥാ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നവനെ കര്‍ത്താവു ശിക്‌ഷിക്കാതെ വിടുകയില്ല. പുറപ്പാട്‌ 20 : 7

He moved about freely with them in Jerusalem, and spoke out boldly in the name of the Lord. Acts 9:28 
അനന്തരം, സാവൂള്‍ അവരോടൊപ്പം ജറുസലെ മില്‍ ചുറ്റിസഞ്ചരിച്ചുകൊണ്ട്‌ കര്‍ത്താവിന്‍െറ നാമത്തില്‍ ധൈര്യത്തോടെ പ്രസംഗിച്ചു. അപ്പ. പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ 9 : 28
